Spriv recommends maintaining a minimum of two administrator accounts to help ensure continuous access to the Spriv Control Panel. If an administrator loses access to their mobile phone, they can still access the Control Panel by selecting the “Email OTP” option. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the administrator’s registered email address for authentication.
Go to "Manage Users" → click "Add Admin," fill in the required info, then click "Create."
Click "Search Admin" to locate the new admin, then click "Pair."
After pairing, the second admin can access the control panel to check access.
