The Free account does not include any free SMS messages. To use SMS with a Free account, you will need to provide a credit card, which will be charged to cover the carrier costs. With a Business account, you receive a $0.25 credit per account per month that can be used toward SMS costs.

Yes. Spriv counts SMS messages for your overall company usage rather than for each individual user account.

Spriv's multi factor authentication is FFIEC, PCI, HIPAA and SOX compliant, and does not transfer any personally identifiable information (PII).
