Every mainstream MFA today asks users to interact tap "allow", type a code, plug in a hardware key. That friction is why so many teams turn MFA off. Spriv's Adaptive MFA verifies the workstation-phone pair in the background instead. After a single one-click approval, subsequent logins clear automatically.
Faster than NFC or Bluetooth
Competing Windows second-channel solutions rely on NFC or Bluetooth handoff between the workstation and the phone the pairing has to happen every time the user sits down, and both radios have to be nearby. Spriv's approach uses a location-fingerprint check across two separate communication channels, which is why the average authentication completes in about 1.5 seconds no radio negotiation required.
Reputation-poisoning prevention
Forcing users to press "allow" every time they log in trains them to allow requests without reading. Spriv only prompts on abnormal information (new location, unfamiliar workstation, mismatch between phone and location). Normal logins clear silently the exact opposite of the tap-storm pattern that leads to catastrophic Allow-clicks.
