The terms below apply to the Spriv Two Factor Authentication (“2FA”) via SMS program (“Spriv 2FA via SMS”), that Spriv LLC. (“Spriv”, “we”, or “us”) uses to facilitate the automated sending of authorization access request to users via SMS for Spriv log-in requests. By opting in to the program you are agreeing to: (1) the Spriv Terms of Service; (2) Privacy Policy; and (3) the following terms:
- Message frequency: 1 message per login
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For help, please reply HELP to the SMS number from which you receive the log-in authorization access request.
- To opt-out of future SMS messages, please reply STOP to the SMS number from which you receive the log-in access request.
We encourage you to set up an alternate method of 2FA before opting out of SMS messages or you might not be able to log into your account.
